Black With a Touch of Evil Part 2

Feared as the “Jet-black Dragon Warrior”, it is a Virus-species War Greymon. Although its creed and principles are the polar opposite of those of the Virus Buster War Greymon, it exists for the sake of its own peculiar justice. It detests cowardice and foul play, and it doesn’t consider itself a fellow of vulgar Digimon, even if they are of the same Virus-species.
I tried taking requests on drawings for a while to improve my resourcefulness, and some different styles to go with them.
This one is BlackWarGreymon drinking tea.
I couldn’t do the smoke really well at the time, and the fact that his fingers don’t show a lot didn’t help me, but it turned out fun. I was also gonna draw the entire body before l realized I had a test coming.
Okay.
So.
I dunno how many of you know this, but I actually really like to build models. I don’t do it often, because it’s time consuming, but I managed to get a Blackwargreymon kit from eBay for less than $50, which is fucking awesome.
After a long debate about whether I should open the box and build it or just leave it, I decided to open it because I wanted to be the one to put it together, etc etc.
The first photo is how it’s supposed to look when it’s done, but the lack of detail and the lack of stickers they actually give you for this kit bothered me so much, I decided to paint the damn thing myself.
So, after spending like 3 whole hours carefully cutting the pieces from the run and painting it, I’m done.
I mean, he needs touching up.
But I had fun!
p.s. you can see that the box colored his hair yellow, but when you look at the top picture, they didn’t include anything for that, so that’s why I decided to paint the whole thing. also i traced all the lines with black to make it pop out more. whatever, you can see all the detail i put in it yourself lol
